Les Rêves Canadiens

Mask

by Gou Noborio

He picks up a mask from the wall,

he looks back and front,

looking for the name, of who

made it,

the name on it written is

his,

he is frightened,

looks at again,

it shows a sad face,

he runs it follows,

She picks up the mask and

puts it on,

she walks down the hall,

her brother smiles,

back at her,

she is surprised,

she feels lonely and sad in the inside,

but the mask shows a smile,

she walks out.

The world is smiling, the wind is dying,

and the sun is living again,

people come up to her

and greet her.

She tries to show

sadness but, the mask doesnt

doesnt let her,

she struggles, but she loses.
