Sky Poke
In the middle of my night
There's a blue bird
Draped over my shoulder
And in the noon day sun
I'm laughing like a loon
Screaming at the Sun
Crying to the Moon
Another tragic tra-la-la
The hills are mountains
Echoing under thunder
The trees scratch the sky
To slow the spinning ride
In a lightning stroked silhouette
I rage at the moon
Another tragic tra-la-la
Death denies me
It's dramatic lunge
Life condemns me
To echo
Down an ill lit street
The beat of feet
To another tra-la-la
The sun my curse
My windmill glares for
Me to come
And my moon
Another melancoly
La-di-da
Ha-ha-ha
