a potent disease
my memory faded, my feeling dulled
a history fallen
a birthing stalled
and no man left to call my name
assuming i lay perfectly in heaven
i'd have to be blind
blind to my abuses
and my unfavorable kind
if i could lay still within my head contented
could i then see my socratic sight
so find for me a potent disease
to hasten this conditional flight
if the acceptable solution were my empty mind
a tangable freedom into the ills of mankind
i beg you to forgive me
i'd beg you to forget me.
