Gateway to a Girl

                 She's a twisted delight,

                 An ugly surprise,

                 Changed by the hearts of others.

                 A simple good morning could fill her soul,

                 But a cruel laugh crushes all.

                 She's built up like that.

                 Every day to her is like starting over again

                 Always two steps behind and a few tears ahead.

                 Her pain is masked by a smile,

                 Yet her smiles say how she feels.

                 Wishing life could be different, yet fate made it that way.

                 Can't change what comes, life shoots at you like the comets.

                 Everything is meant to work out in the end.

                 The pain will cease and love with bloom,
