                    Societies or anything
                    As important
                    As people.

                    Paycheques, taxes, homes or blenders,
                    Obscenities or dented fenders, timetables -
                    Labels!
                    "We regret to inform you..." cables,
                    Were never seen in Eden.

                    Who started fights?
                    Who invented divine rights?
                    Patriotism, chauvinism, feminism,
                    Or any other schism,
                    God did not make.

                    People.
