Sheila Simmons was born in Ontario, Canada on March 20 1959.
and grew up near Kingston, Ontario
A great passion for poetry started for her at a very young age.
She started writing to her mom in public school from there her imagination
grew.
Poetry helped her to escape into a world of her own.
Where she could be anyone or say anything without judgment by others.
Sometimes a very dark side emerges that she had no idea existed in her.
It challenges her to set it free to create and become its own self.
And with this it gives her a sense of peace within.
Poetry is: a force within itself to emerge and grow at will.
